This position combines financial controlling expertise with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven solutions within the IT FIN team.


Your mission will be… 

  • Support IT FIN Hub in Lisbon by contributing to controlling and Digital FIN initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Controlling team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Execute core financial activities, such as budget and forecast preparation, cost analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare insightful reports and provide support for planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Maintain and optimize existing digital solutions to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Drive process digitalization, identify opportunities for automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Create dashboards in Power BI to visualize key financial and operational metrics.
  • Transform and integrate data sources for accurate and efficient reporting.
  • Participate in projects, contributing to innovation and digital transformation initiatives.


We are looking for someone with… 

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
    • SAP knowledge (preferred).
    • Experience with Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
    • Familiarity with Python and Power Apps (preferred).
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Problem-solving mindset and professional ethics.
    • Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
    • Willingness to work in an international environment.

A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies.
