Position Summary

The Director of Commercial Development - Eastern Interstates is a strategic leadership role based in Houston, Texas, responsible for spearheading commercial growth initiatives within Williams' Eastern Interstates franchise. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a high-performing team of business professionals tasked with expanding our operational footprint, originating new business opportunities, and negotiating complex transactions that align with our financial and strategic objectives. This position demands a deep understanding of the energy sector, particularly natural gas pipelines and interstate markets, combined with proven expertise in C-suite relationship management and sophisticated deal-making.
