Data-Driven Leadership

Skills & Qualifications

Required Experience

• 10-15 years in progressive Operational Excellence leadership in global, multi-site manufacturing
• Proven success in transformational improvements impacting SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory)

Technical Expertise

• Mastery of Lean tools; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Advanced problem-solving: A3, 8D, FAST, 5 Whys
• Financial acumen for complex reporting interpretation
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP, MS Project, advanced Excel

Soft Skills & Other
