Role Overview

The Director, Digital Loss Prevention North America, is a pivotal leadership role reporting to the Sr. Director Digital Operations NA and collaborating with the Sr. Director Global Digital Loss Prevention. This position leads three specialized teams—Quality Assurance, Analytics, and Operations—to combat fraud, abuse, and systemic loopholes across Nike's North American digital channels. With a remote work option (excluding South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia), this role offers flexibility while basing from Nike's iconic Beaverton headquarters. Key Responsibilities

In this high-impact director role, you'll innovate and execute fraud prevention at scale:

• Innovate North America Digital Fraud standards, strategies, tools, resources, and vendor partnerships.
• Identify gaps in systems, policies, and strategies to mitigate emerging fraud risks using team insights.
• Champion business stakeholder needs, ensuring fraud solutions align with project goals and enhance customer experience.
• Build robust relationships across Digital Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Digital Product, Global DLP, and Investigations for omni-channel protection.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects to optimize fraud systems, recommend process improvements, and track performance metrics.
• Partner with project teams to assess fraud impacts and deliver balanced controls that prioritize user friction reduction.
• Communicate status, key metrics, fraud issues, and solution timelines to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Nike seeks a collaborative visionary with proven expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Psychology, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years in abuse mitigation and fraud prevention; 8 years in digital/eCommerce (e.g., Amazon, Google) or Fraud Prevention Systems.
• Deep knowledge of bots, digital products, payment fraud tools (AI/ML), and platforms like Nike.com/App/SNKRS.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining with SQL, Python, R for pattern detection.
• Track record managing abuse detection projects, policy development, and operating in ambiguity.
• Strong leadership to influence organization-wide, inspire diverse teams, and analyze complex opportunities for best-in-class strategies.

Preferred Experience
