Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for new and expansion bookings in the Nordics.
  • Achieve annual Enterprise bookings quota through rigorous monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and manage Sales Executives on key productivity metrics: deal size, win rate, forecast accuracy, and proactive sales cycles.
  • Coach executives in building C-level relationships with Named Enterprise accounts and navigating complex negotiations.
  • Shape the direction of go-to-market strategy and execution specifically for the Nordics region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create targeted messaging, collateral, and customer journey maps.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and provide direct support in client/prospect meetings.
  • Lead deal participation, engaging corporate resources as needed for successful closures.
  • Drive regional revenue growth through cloud observability and security platform adoption.
