This strategic leadership role focuses on driving new business and expansion within Japan's federal government sector. You'll provide mentorship, strategy, and hands-on guidance to a team of Enterprise Sales Executives managing the full sales cycle for Datadog's observability and security solutions.

  • Performance Coaching: Develop executives on key metrics like deal size, win rate, forecast accuracy, and proactive sales cycle management.
