Role Overview

As Director, Ethics & Compliance (Navista) - Managed Services Organization, you will spearhead a robust compliance program tailored to oncology practice management. This fully remote, nationwide role reports to senior leadership and demands a strategic thinker adept at navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Key Responsibilities

Your leadership will drive compliance excellence through proactive strategies:

• Implement effective compliance program elements and cultivate a strong ethics culture.
• Serve as subject matter expert on federal/state regulations, including AKS, FCA, Stark Law, Corporate Practice of Medicine, and business conduct standards.
• Lead quarterly Compliance Committee meetings with senior management.
• Participate in annual risk assessments, prioritizing risks via departmental collaboration and regulatory monitoring.
• Develop risk-based work plans with clear objectives, timelines, and monitoring.

Additional Duties

• Research emerging regulations and train teams to become experts.
• Enhance policies, training, and monitoring based on legal and business changes.

Qualifications & Requirements
