Role Overview

The Director, Europe Partner Marketing role at CrowdStrike is a strategic leadership position focused on driving growth through our partner ecosystem in Europe.   • Lead and inspire a team of experienced partner marketers, handling resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Manage primary partner marketing liaisons for global alliances to deliver strategic programs supporting joint pipeline.
  • Oversee budgets, communications, and represent marketing in quarterly business reviews.
  • Build relationships with regional marketing and sales teams to support GTM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution against objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end market development funds (MDF) process, including proposals, reviews, and proof of performance for ROI.
  • Act as an internal advocate for partners among stakeholders.
