Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Apply direct experience building and leading GTM Strategy & Operations functions within hyper-growth SaaS companies like Datadog
• Prioritize talent development, coaching top performers and fostering a growth mindset culture
• Proactively conceptualize, validate, and execute innovative ideas that move the APJ business needle
• Provide strategic advisory to APJ leadership, addressing their most pressing growth needs
• Manage a team of GTM StratOps professionals to run regional operations seamlessly
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
• Align regional GTM operations with global HQ systems, tools, and processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally on major initiatives including new market entry, APJ channel strategy, and account planning
• Own core GTM processes: annual planning, ROE, forecasting, pipeline & opportunity management, territory optimization
• Present to Datadog's senior leaders in APJ and HQ using compelling, data-driven business cases

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Director, GTM Strategy and Operations - APJ at Datadog, you'll bring:

• 8+ years in GTM strategy & operations, consulting, or related fields
• 3+ years direct people management experience building high-performing teams
• Proven track record building and operationalizing GTM strategies that accelerate revenue
• Exceptional project management, organization, and analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail paired with strategic big-picture thinking
• Hands-on experience running operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Bonus Points: MBA, 3+ years sales/marketing strategy, SaaS StratOps in APJ markets, scaling GTM 10x at $1B+ companies, creating sales productivity programs.
