Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Lead the Identity & Security Product Management team delivering IAM, Queryable Encryption, and platform security features.
• Drive security and compliance requirements for highly regulated customers into MongoDB products.
• Foster collaboration across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Craft strategic narratives on database security and identity for customers and thought leaders.
• Develop accurate roadmaps in partnership with engineering for MongoDB Atlas and Core.
• Recommend strategies to enhance customers' security posture and compliance.
• Evangelize solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and key accounts.
• Define go-to-market strategies, identify trends, and execute programs with sales.
• Prioritize functionality, solutions, and pricing with deep MongoDB knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 7+ years managing teams, demonstrating leadership in diverse, ambiguous environments.
• 10+ years Product/Engineering Security experience with enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication for executive audiences and global enterprise clients.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS Security, or equivalents.
• Hands-on with IAM, OS security, network security, database security, protocols.
• Expertise in IT security, risk management, cloud-native microservices.
• Experience migrating data center security to cloud technologies.
• Technical acumen in Jira, Aha, AWS, GCP, Azure, Okta, DLP.
