The Director, Marketing Sciences HIV PrEP role within Gilead's GDSI group is pivotal for commercial efforts in HIV prevention. Reporting to global commercial leadership, the Director collaborates with Global Strategic Marketing, Clinical Development, Commercial Strategy, and more to support launches of HIV Prevention pipeline assets.

Design and build accurate, evidence-based forecasting models leveraging primary/secondary research and team inputs. Develop analogues, assumptions, and risk/opportunity assessments for reliable predictions.
Create and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor product performance against targets. Identify variations, analyze drivers, and provide insights to guide marketing and sales decisions.
Define priorities with commercial teams, execute analytics projects, and integrate results with primary research and competitive intelligence for actionable business recommendations.
Drive ad hoc and planned analytics, including scenario modeling, to support key decisions in HIV PrEP commercialization.
Basic Qualifications: 12+ years with BS/BA or 10+ years with MS/MA/MBA in relevant fields.
Preferred Qualifications: 12+ years experience with Bachelor's; MBA preferred. 6+ years in forecasting, marketing sciences, market research, or strategic consulting in biotech/pharma, with leadership roles. Proven track record in delivering insights via forecasting and analytics projects. Strong problem-solving in dynamic settings, excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and team management skills.
