Role Overview

The Director, Sportswear Specialty Sales Pacific is a pivotal leadership role within Nike's Pacific Nike Marketplace Partners (Wholesale) team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Nike Marketplace Partners, you will manage key relationships with Sportswear Specialty partners like Accent Group and Sportswear Authenticators. Key Responsibilities

As Director, Sportswear Specialty Sales Pacific, you'll spearhead initiatives that extend Nike's reach and enhance partner performance. Your core duties include forging head office relationships to build goodwill and align on Nike's strategic direction. You'll co-create and own the Accent Group Strategic Plan, championing growth, elevating consumer journeys across multiple banners, and expanding market share. Lead cross-functional teams through seasonal Go To Market (GTM) gates, ensuring customer alignment and priority execution.
