• Leading Total Rewards processes and projects within client groups, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Representing client needs to inform broader compensation program design and influencing outcomes that balance corporate and functional priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Gilead seeks candidates with a proven track record in compensation leadership. Basic qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10+ years.

Preferred qualifications elevate your candidacy:

• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives at CEO direct report level.
• Biopharma or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HCM software like Workday.
• CCP/GRP certification or equivalent coursework.
• Strong background in job architecture, base salary, variable pay, performance management, job evaluation, data analysis, research, and cost modeling.
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influence skills to present data-driven recommendations to leaders.
