Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Policy Development

  • Design and execute enterprise-wide strategies, policies, procedures, and controls for all supply chain compliance areas.
  • Partner with business units to enable compliant supply chain designs balancing risk and efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing compliance team while fostering partnerships across Masco's global operations.

Trade Operations & Vendor Management

  • Own North America trade strategy, including import/export compliance, broker management, and programs like FTZ, duty drawback, and FSFE.
  • Maintain relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and advisors; co-lead quarterly KPI reviews.
