Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will focus on owning Discord's ad identity and audience data domain:
- Architect and maintain complex data pipelines processing billions of identity resolution events daily
- Design identity graph crosswalk tables merging hashed emails, mobile device IDs, and advertiser partner identifiers
- Build scalable ETL processes using Python, SQL, Spark, and Airflow for audience segmentation
- Implement data quality frameworks with automated audits, anomaly detection, and SLA monitoring
- Ingest custom audiences from advertisers via SFTP, APIs, and server-side integrations
- Collaborate with ML teams to productionize audience modeling pipelines
