About the Role

The Assistant Manager, Commercial Partnerships role will hands-on commercial partnerships for Disney branded campaigns, product launches and activations with strategic partners across South Asia Pacific. The role drives campaign development with strategic partners, cross-functional coordination, commercial outcomes and Disney brand compliance across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign concepts and activation mechanics for product, merchandise and marketing propositions related to collaboration with key partners.

  • Translate business objectives into activation calendars and prioritized delivery plan.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from partners and Disney across cross-functional teams in marketing, category, comms and external agencies.

  • Manage brand and marketing approvals to ensure all branded assets align with Disney’s brand and licensing guidelines.

  • Develop commercial scorecards to track deliverables across projects and campaign performance.

  • Establish and manage project SOPs (product launches, marketing campaigns, merchandise development and approvals).

  • Deliver monthly performance reports and post-campaign reviews for key South Asia Pacific markets.

  • Escalate project risks and recommendations to internal stakeholders when required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in partnerships, marketing or commercial roles (preferably with large consumer, entertainment, or brand-led organizations).

  • Proven ability to design and manage co-branded campaigns and product activations.

  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, coordinating multiple markets and functions.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with output-driven KPIs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role
