Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project manager to achieve project goals.
- Responsible for safety, quality & progress management, site coordination & problem solving at site.
- Involve in tendering and planning process, project technical drawings submission, prepare relevant documents & reports.
- Coordinate with internal operation teams, suppliers & subcontractors.
- Prepare Testing & Commissioning and Operational & Maintenance report.
- Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning.
- Assist in training, document control, inventory, preventive maintenance planning.
- Identify and implement and review energy initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or less experience would also be considered.
- Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data management skills.
- Proficient in PC application (e.g. MS App), knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD would be advantage.
