Job Description

Job Summary:

This role reports to the Manager, Experience Strategy and is pivotal in delivering premium guest experiences through in-park access products such as Early Park Entry Pass (EPE) and Disney Premier Access (DPA). You will lead strategic planning, system development, and operational oversight to ensure these products deliver on their value proposition and integrate seamlessly into park operations. Responsibilities include defining business and operational requirements through digital solutions and product portfolio management, driving experience enhancement projects, and optimizing revenue by managing quotas, configuring products, resolving system issues and roadblocks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape strategies for access products (e.g., EPE and DPA), covering inventory planning, demand generation, and technology innovation to enhance user experience.

  • Lead and facilitate meetings to deliver clear outcomes, make data-driven decisions, and translate product concepts into actionable plans. Confidently articulate ideas, represent the team in cross-functional discussions, and present strategies to stakeholders.

  • Analyze data and performance by defining key metrics, implementing performance monitoring tools and leveraging actionable insights to optimize commercial and operational results. Drive revenue growth while sustaining user satisfaction scores.

  • Empower team members by setting clear priorities and ensuring alignment on key tasks and deadlines. Monitor progress across all action items, drive accountability, and remove roadblocks to keep tasks and/or projects moving forward.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders teams to deliver effective go-to-market plans for new product initiatives, while partnering with internal teams to gather and define user requirements to ensure digital solution projects align with business objectives and operational needs.

  • Spearhead end-to-end system development and deployment for digital projects, managing the full lifecycle from initial setup through launch. Ensure training and operational readiness before deployment. Collaborate with T&D team to embed requirements and achieve zero critical defects at launch.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, information technology, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic planning and product management or related field is desirable.

  • Strong ability to lead and facilitate meetings, driving clear and actionable outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and defining key metrics; familiarity with tools such as Power Automate and Power BI is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; strong negotiation skills are pivotal to his/her success.

  • Must possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong problem-solving and adaptability.
