Job Summary:
This part time role will need to work in shifts according to rosters determined by the Company-
Weekday part time: available to work on Mondays to Fridays
Weekend part time: available to work on Saturdays, Sundays & all Public Holidays
For many of our Guests, staying at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels is a dream come true. Bell Services Cast Members is responsible to greet our Guests at the resort hotels, assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, and provide luggage transportation service to and from guest rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Transport Guest luggage to different locations such as Guest Rooms / Vehicles / Storage.
- Care and storage of guest property
- Direct traffic at the hotel driveways
- Need to work at outdoor environment
- Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel / resort or surrounding areas
- As a Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member, you will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our Guests and maintain the show quality of our resort.
Basic Qualifications:
- No previous experience required and comprehensive training will be provided
- Good communication skills.
