How will you contribute to our magical experience?: 

We are looking for a marketer to contribute to the local original production strategy for Disney Streaming Services in Mexico. As Marketing Coordinator, this person will be part of the team responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to build and consolidate new & local titles. The ideal professional for this position is passionate about films, tv series and storytelling and a streaming services heavy user. The Marketing Coordinator is a proactive and dynamic person with excellent skills to create relationships that motivate teamwork. It’s a highly effective cross-functional collaborator that works together with Distribution Sales, Partner Marketing, PR/Comms, Creative teams to achieve specific business & marketing objectives

The Coordinator, Marketing Local Productions will be responsible for: 

  • Responsible for the execution of Local Original Production marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery of marketing materials to promote new titles.  
  • Partner closely with social media, creative, PR, talent management and production teams to build awareness for the titles and create impactful campaigns, apart from working with local agencies and vendors
  • Advocate for all Mexico local productions assuring organic and/or paid media support for all of them.
  • Leverage existing owned digital platforms and social media channels to build and cultivate target audiences.
  • Work closely with internal partners to leverage synergy marketing opportunities and make good use of assets.
  • Develop campaign reports/postmortem to create insights and future optimization in local campaigns.
  • Collaborate to achieve business goals through effective marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for marketing campaign budget control and administrative follow up.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +1 year of experience in media & entertainment marketing or related experience – strategy and execution are a plus
  • Degree in Marketing (preferred) or related careers.
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Strong creative vision
  • Organized, flexible and proactive
  • Be willing to create relationships with multiple teams and areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive working in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Able to work with limited data, create solutions and deal with ambiguity
  • Experience working on projects from development to completion.
  • Comfortable with data driven marketing to support decisions.
