Job Summary:

Do you have a passion for hotel food and beverage? Hotel Non-Inventory Receivers play a significant role in supporting culinary teams at hotel fine dining restaurants, casual restaurants, banquets, and special events and help bring the magic to life!

Responsibilities:

As a Non-Inventory Control Receiver, you will assist the Receiver (Inventory Control) by helping inspect, weigh, unload, check-in deliveries, and distribute all food and non-food supplies to area locations, as well as help them in maintaining stock levels by dating, rotating, and properly storing food and non-food items. You will also clean, stock, and organize all storage and refrigeration areas, and assist in completing production and spoilage records as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be fully available Sunday through Saturday year-round, willing to work holidays, weekends, and special events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or inventory control experience
  • Experience in food and beverage and product knowledge

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 4:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. You may be scheduled an overnight shift. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
