How will you contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Jr. Analyst, Accounting is responsible for supporting the overall LATAM organization, providing controllership and business support for all the businesses across LATAM in a multi-currency environment. A successful candidate is a self-starter who is willing to embrace challenges and continually seeks opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and process improvement.

The Jr. Analyst, Accounting will be responsible for: 

  • Performing closing activities, ensuring figures are accurate and in compliance with Accounting Policies (US GAAP, IFRS, other local GAAPs).
  • Preparing supporting documentation for journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Preparing information for statutory requirements in a timely manner.
  • Performing ad hoc analysis and collaborating on presentations and reporting as required.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounting or Accounting Audit.
  • Advanced student or degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate English is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • SAP is a plus.
