- 店舗売上目標の数値管理、および売上目標達成のためのアクション実行
- ストアマネジメントメンバーおよびキャストへの適切な業務指示。および適切な指導
- 店舗運営改善のための課題点分析、改善計画立案、および改善アクションの実行
- 本社からの指示に基づく適切な商品在庫管理
- デイリー売上計画および人件費計画に基づく適切なキャスト勤務シフトの計画および管理
- ゲストサービス、ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング、およびオペレーションの質の継続的向上
- 店舗売上計画および人件費計画に合わせた新規キャスト採用計画の立案と実行
- クオリティの高いゲストサービスを実現するためのキャストへの効果的なトレーニングの実施
- キャストのパフォーマンス評価および適切なフィードバック
- 次世代リーダー人材の育成
- 適切な店内キャッシュマネジメント（売上金、釣銭金、ペティキャッシュ、金券類の管理）
- ディベロッパーとの店舗運営に関する連絡・折衝業務
- 店舗在庫棚卸し業務の実行、および在庫ロス・不正防止
- ストア内トラブルの未然防止、および発生した問題への対応
- ゲストクレーム対応、およびフォローアップ
- 地区担当マネージャー及び本社関連部署との密接なコミュニケーション
- その他、店舗運営に関する業務全般
Requirement:
- 消費財小売ビジネスにおける店長業務経験
- 10名以上の店舗マネジメント経験
- 小売ビジネスに対する強い興味とパッション
- 自ら率先して行動して部下を導くリーダーシップ
- 高いゲスト志向、および自ら適切にキャストを指導できる高いゲストサービススキル
- 論理的な思考を持ち、自らの考えを正しく効果的に伝えることができる高いコミュニケーション能力
