必須条件:

  • 一般消費財マーケティングおよび、ECマーケティング経験5年以上
  • デジタルプロモーションの企画立案・実行・ディレクション経験
  • デジタルコンテンツ・アセットの企画立案、ディレクション経験(バナー、HP、キャンペーンページ等)
  • プロモーションのスケジュール・予算管理、及び販売促進ツールの企画立案・制作経験
  • マイクロソフトワード・エクセル・パワーポイント・Outlookのスキル

  • SNS運用、管理、ディレクション経験
  • 顧客分析に基づくMA施策の立案、実行、結果分析経験

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in operating, managing, and directing social media (experience)
  • Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing automation strategies based on customer analysis (experience)
  • Experience in marketing and sales promotion planning in the retail industry (experience)
  • Skills in designing, planning, and analyzing market and customer research (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Strategizing, planning, and executing marketing activities for brands and products (online store promotions, digital ads, social media, marketing automation, etc.)
  • Planning and executing customer attraction strategies for sales channels centered on digital (stores/online stores)
  • Directing high-quality outputs based on planning content
  • Understanding the overall activities of the Disney business unit (movies, games, TV, etc.) and planning and executing cross-functional strategies for stores/online stores
  • Planning, executing, and sharing market/customer research with related departments
