Job Description
Job Summary:
Cast members in Merchandise create lasting memories by helping guests find the perfect mementos from their vacation in our various merchandise locations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage queues, bag Merchandise to facilitate POS activities, refill stock and stock take at all Merchandise outlets (both indoors and outdoors).
- Control guest flow at shops.
- Distribute early bird discount flyers.
- Maintain Show Quality on stage.
- Assist with stock deliveries, lifting boxes, and other warehouse duties in the backstage area.
Basic Qualifications:
- Roster will be scheduled according to operation needs, and based on Part Time type:
- Weekday part time: available to report duties on Mondays to Fridays.
- Weekend part time: available to report duties on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in either English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
- Willing to work at various locations, including outdoor areas and store out of resort areas.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.
- Good guest service mindset, independent and a team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and read English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Good command in other languages is an advantage.
Additional Information:
Schedule Availability
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company. Actual work schedule and number of work days per week depend on workload demand.
