We’re seeking a Retail Operations & Store Services Manager to oversee store services and facilities, including coordination with external vendors and consultants, ensuring high-quality support for 20 outlets, 2 flagship locations, and field teams throughout North America. This role is also responsible for safeguarding and sustaining the ongoing functionality of store environments, the structural integrity and services of store locations, as well as the maintenance of fixtures and fittings in compliance with established standards, including health and safety requirements for guests, team members, and visitors.
You will report to the Senior Manager – Disney Stores, North America.
This is a Full-Time role.
Collaborate with line managers, peers, end users, and other stakeholders to assess and customize Maintenance and Repair programs or policies, ensuring superior internal Guest Service and productive relationships.
Adhere to budgetary requirements while providing a safe estate supported by robust maintenance services for Store teams.
Document and oversee the communication process for all maintenance requests, proactively identifying and forecasting challenges, risks, and opportunities.
Evaluate Store maintenance and repair needs in accordance with existing construction warranties and contractual obligations.
Identify and engage contractors, consultants, and suppliers; negotiate service agreements and contracts and monitor performance standards.
Lead the team by establishing clear commitments, methodologies, and expectations to drive effective management.
Foster a positive work environment, demonstrate integrity, embrace change, and represent Disney Retail with professionalism.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, including Store Operations, Retail Field Team, Real Estate, Store Design and Construction, Finance, Health and Safety, Brand and Image, Information Systems, and Loss Prevention.
3-5 years of experience in an office and professional setting.
Skilled in resolving maintenance and service issues.
Experience managing multiple projects on time and within budget.
Familiar with brick-and-mortar retail environments.
Team management or support experience.
Construction process and service knowledge preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
This position is located in Glendale, CA.
