About the Role & Team:
Support the development of business and assortment strategies for the assigned account, including supporting franchise and product-line direction for both external partners and internal cross-functional teams. These strategies will aim to align with and meet the financial goals of the business.
Provide ongoing support to the partner through weekly trade reviews and quarterly planning to drive sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with integrated retail teams and cross-functional partners, including The Disney Store (TDS) teams, Licensing, Franchise, Product Development (PD), and Retail Marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of plans
What You Will Do:
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 5–7 years of experience in account or product management roles in mid-to-large organizations
• 2+ years leading teams or cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in omnichannel retail (online/offline); background in branded entertainment or consumer products a plus
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean, with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong execution ability and commercial acumen
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Results-driven, proactive, and a collaborative team player
• Passionate about the Disney brand and building strong internal/external relationships
