プログラム概要：
- 1年間の実務を通じて、技術的・専門的なスキルの強化・習得
- 多様なバックグラウンドを持つディズニーキャストやプロフェッショナルと働く機会
応募資格：
- 3年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方
- 2年以上キャリアを中断されていた方
- キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方
職務内容:
-担当作品の価値を最大化し、ターゲット達成に向けて宣伝活動のサポート業務
- 市場トレンドや顧客についての理解を持つ
- 担当作品についての宣伝プランを構築
- 会議やプロジェクト等日々の宣伝活動において意思決定をする
- 効果的かつ効率的なメディアバイイング
-社内及び社外パートナー（広告代理店、ローカルオフィス、メディアなど）との交渉
- 社内外の各ファンクションに明確な指示を出し、説得し、アイデアを引出し、宣伝展開をリード
- 日本で最適なアイデアが実施できるよう本社との交渉/承認
- 社内資料・レポート作成（日本語、英語）
本ポジションへの必須条件:
- マーケティング業務の経験3年以上
- 高いコミュニケーション能力とプロジェクト管理能力
- 仕事に対する責任感が持てる方
- 迅速に学ぶことができる方
- 協調性のある方
- Microsoft Officeの基本・応用操作
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 750点以上）
