Job Summary:
グローバルHR オペレーションズ（GHRO）は、ディスニー全体の従業員、管理職、人事部門に対するサービス及び情報を提供するための戦略的開発と実行を担っています。GHRO アナリストは GHRO マネージャーを補佐し、入社、異動、退職、社会保険手続き、その他従業員に関連するあらゆるサービスを提供するため、人事部門やビジネス部門と密接に連携し、従業員との円滑なコミュニケーションを促進します。また、スピード感のある組織の中で特別プロジェクトの管理にも携わります。
職務内容:
- 人事情報システム（Workday/SAP）を使用し、従業員の入社、異動、退職、社会保険手続き、その他のワークライフサイクルをサポートする。
- 人事情報システムで処理されるデータのチェックを行い、システム内の情報が正確であることを確認する。
- 社会保険手続きや関連業務に関して外部ベンダーと連携してスムーズに運用する。
- 従業員データの管理、転居サポート、人事関連レポートの作成などについて、適用されるポリシーを理解し適切に運用する。
- 日々の業務について常に分析を行い、より良い従業員サポート提供の為に積極的に改善を推進する。
- プロセス効率と従業員サポート向上のため、他の人事パートナー／ベンダーとの主要な窓口となる。
- 従業員からの問い合わせに高いプロ意識を持って対応し、優れたサポートを提供する。
- ナレッジ・マネジメント・ツールを活用し、全従業員に正確な情報を提供する。
- ServiceNowシステムを活用し、従業員からの問い合わせ情報、対応の進捗を管理する。
- システム対応-プロセスの分析を行い、問題点やリスクを特定し、改善策を提案する。
- 社内システムのジョブガイド、エンドユーザー操作ガイドを作成する。
応募条件:
- 学歴 学士号または同等の学歴
実務経験:
- 社会保険手続き事務を含む人事業務経験3年以上-シェアードサービスや給与計算プロセスの経験があれば尚可
- Workday およびSAPの使用経験があることが望ましい
