Job Description

Job Summary:

The Specialist, Revenue Operations will perform daily sales audit and revenue operations on different Point of Sale (POS), enable new business initiatives with different Lines of Business (LoBs), support the daily cash operations and support ad hoc tasks assigned by leaders.

  • Manage day-to-day sale audit and revenue operations

  • Work closely with Operations to enable new sales initiatives

  • Review the daily sales operations and enhance the procedures to minimize payment variances

  • Analyze the sales data and prepare the relevant reports

  • Perform daily cash operations and daily fraud controls

Basic Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder in accountancy or business related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales Audit, Reconciliations, and Accounting etc.

  • Detail-minded with ability to perform the assigned tasks independently

  • Good knowledge of SAP, financial systems and processes

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
