ディズニーのAPACエンタープライズソーシング部門の一員として、日本の間接調達カテゴリを担当し、ビジネス部門と連携し、会社運営を支える物品・サービスの調達活動をリードしていただきます。また、サプライヤーとの関係を管理し、エンドユーザーへの価値最大化を目指し、APACエンタープライズソーシングディレクターに報告し、クロスファンクショナルチームの構築・リードも担っていただくポジションです。

職務内容

• 間接調達カテゴリに関する専門知識を活かし、コスト・市場分析を実施。
• 戦略的ソーシングプロセスに基づき、交渉やベンダー管理。
• 会社方針に沿った調達活動を計画・実行し、迅速な発注とコンプライアンスを確保。
• 市場状況を継続的に評価し、価値とコスト削減を最大化する戦略を策定。
• 重要な調達状況を経営陣に報告し、主要サプライヤーとの戦略的関係を構築。

必須条件

• マーケティング、プロダクション制作、IT、設計・建設、サプライチェーンなど関連カテゴリで5年以上の調達経験
• カテゴリーマネジメントやビジネスパートナーとして、社内での調達コンサルタントとしての経験
• グローバル且つバーチャルな組織・環境で、コラボレーションしながら働ける能力
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）の能力が必要です。
• Ariba、Coupa、Per Angustaなどの調達ツール利用経験があると尚可

Job Summary:

You will be part of Disney’s APAC Enterprise Sourcing Team, focusing on indirect procurement categories in Japan. The role involves collaborating with business units to fulfill procurement needs and leading sourcing activities for goods and services. You will manage supplier relationships to optimize value for end users and support company operations. Reporting to the Director of APAC Enterprise Sourcing, you will also build and lead cross-functional teams for sourcing arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your procurement expertise to conduct thorough cost and market analysis for indirect categories.
• Prepare and execute structured negotiations following the strategic sourcing process.
• Plan and execute procurement activities to ensure timely placement of orders and compliance with company policies.
• Continuously assess market conditions and develop strategies that maximize value and cost savings.
• Communicate critical purchase status to management and build strategic relationships with key suppliers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years’ procurement experience in relevant categories such as marketing, production, technology, design & construction, and supply chain is required.
• Proven experience in category management and operating as an internal business consultant is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed virtual team is expected.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (written and verbal) are required.
• Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba, Coupa, or Per Angusta would be an advantage.
