How will you contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Walt Disney Company Brazil is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Insights to lead our efforts in transforming data into meaningful stories and strategic impact across the business. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all local insight needs, bringing together Research, Analytics, and Sales Research into one cohesive, business-driven function. You’ll play a key role in unlocking insights, shaping local narratives, and elevating the use of data to drive decision-making and growth across our Direct-to-Consumer, Studios, and Commercial teams.

The Senior Manager, Data & Insightswill be responsible for: 

  • Lead the strategic integration of Research, Analytics, and Sales Research functions in Brazil, building a cohesive and business-aligned Data & Insights operation.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for all data-related matters in the Brazilian market, acting as a trusted thought partner to local and regional business leaders.
  • Synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights and compelling stories that inform strategy and drive performance.
  • Represent Brazil’s data voice in LATAM and global forums, advocating for local needs while maintaining alignment with broader strategies.
  • Foster collaboration and promote a data-driven mindset across teams, influencing without direct authority.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to support projects across audience research, product analytics, content performance, and advertising measurement.
  • Champion the adoption of global tools, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and excellence in insights delivery.
  • Build a strong connection with regional and global Data & Insights teams to align priorities, share learnings, and coordinate initiatives across markets.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, concise recommendations tailored to different audiences — from operational teams to senior executives.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Research, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields, ideally within media, technology, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and experience connecting data to measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian consumer, media, and digital ecosystem.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and inspire action.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on when needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate education or certifications in analytics, strategy, or leadership are a plus.
