Job Summary:
Sous la responsabilité du Manager Scènes, le technicien maintenance scène assure la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements scéniques utilisés dans les spectacles. Il veille à leur bon fonctionnement, à leur sécurité, et à leur disponibilité pour les représentations.
Missions Principales
- Contrôle et entretien des équipements scéniques : armoires électriques, câblage, motorisation, groupe hydraulique, système mécanique, vidéoprojecteurs, miroirs, écrans, systèmes de ventilation, effets spéciaux.
- Tests fonctionnels : réalisation de « test show » pour détecter les dysfonctionnements avant les représentations.
- Maintenance des systèmes automatisés : gestion des redémarrages manuels, commutation entre systèmes principaux et secondaires.
- Sécurité : vérification des fixations, prévention des risques de chute, respect des normes de sécurité en hauteur.
Compétences Requises
- Techniques : électricité, électronique, optique, réseaux, mécanique scénique, hydraulique.
- Organisationnelles : reporting, applications des procédures préventives et curatives, interventions et dépannages.
- Comportementales : rigueur, réactivité, sens du service, communication fluide avec les artistes et techniciens.
Environnement de Travail
Les plannings sont en horaires décalés (jour / soir), avec des cycles spécifiques selon les spectacles. Le technicien maintenance scène travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes artistiques, la production et les autres services de maintenances pour assurer la disponibilité et la sécurité des équipements scéniques.
Relations avec les Interlocuteurs du Spectacle
Le technicien maintenance scène est en lien direct avec :
- Les équipes artistiques (metteurs en scène, régisseurs, créateurs lumière/son, chef plateau) pour comprendre les besoins techniques ainsi que les impératifs inerrants au show.
- Les équipes de production et de régie pour intervenir sans perturber les répétitions ou représentations.
- Les services de sécurité pour valider les installations sensibles (ex. projecteurs suspendus, vols, effets pyrotechniques).

- Manage manual restarts and switch between primary and secondary systems
- Verify fixations and prevent fall risks
