Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments des parcs, du Disney Village et de nos hôtels et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité.
Nous recherchons :
-un Technicien Méthode – F/H/NB - CDI
Sous la responsabilité de l’un de nos Managers FOS Maintenance Program Support, au sein de notre Service Méthodes, vous êtes le garant de la GMAO pour le périmètre technique qui vous est attribué. En garantissant le niveau de sécurité, de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de performance opérationnelle que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients et ce, en respectant les cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos missions principales :
- Codification et intégration dans la GMAO de l’ensemble des équipements pour l’ensemble des métiers du périmètre de Maintenance que vous suivez
- Mise à jour et création des Plans de Maintenance pour l’ensemble des métiers du périmètre de Maintenance que vous suivez
- Ordonnancement des Maintenances Préventives en accord avec le plan de maintenance et la disponibilité des équipements
- Garant de la mise à jour des modifications liées à la GMAO sur son périmètre technique
- Analyse des données du travail préventif, correctif et du niveau de réalisation afin de proposer des axes d’amélioration (Reporting)
- Participation à la mise en place de la Sûreté de Fonctionnement.
- Utilisation des outils de GMAO (SAP/MAXIMO) au quotidien dans le but d’accompagner les clients internes sur la bonne réalisation des plans de maintenance.
- Reportings et analyses sur les activités de maintenance et du service GMAO.
Votre profil :
Idéalement de formation BAC+2, types BTS technique (maintenance, mécanique, Méthodes), vous justifiez à minima d'une expérience de 4 ans dans une fonction maintenance, en milieu industriel et ou Service Méthodes.
Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (Pack Office). Vous possédez des qualités rédactionnelles.
Vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de dialoguer facilement avec différents interlocuteurs. Anglais technique serait un plus pour ce poste.

- Ensuring updates related to GMAO modifications within the assigned technical perimeter
- Analyzing preventive and corrective work data and performance levels to suggest improvements
