ジョブ・サマリー:
実際の仕事を通じて、Disneyの仕事やエンターテイメント業界のことを学んでいただくプログラムです。今回は、Disneyの商品化用素材を作成しているデザイン部門にて、アセット作成補助、新規デザイン開発のアイディア出し等をご担当いただくポジションです。現在、美術系の大学にてデザインを学んでいる方、現在大学生でDisneyのデザイン部門のお仕事に興味をお持ちの方向けになっております。
職務内容:
- ムードボードの作成サポート(Keynote)
- 素材開発におけるグラフィックデザインサポート（Illustrator, Photoshop）
- 新規素材開発のためのマーケットリサーチ、アイデアサポート
- その他各種資料収集、作成
応募条件:
- ディズニーブランドおよびフランチャイズプロパティ（特にマーベル、スターウォーズ、ディズニープリンセス、ディズニーアニメーション（WDAS））の理解・興味がある。
- フレッシュなアイデア提案とグラフィックデザインの能力がある。
- デザインに対し細部にわたる配慮ができる。
- コミュニケーション能力が高く、積極的に学ぶ意欲がある。
必須条件:
- 現在、美術系大学・大学院、美術系専門学校に在学をしている方（学年不問）
- Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote等のツールによるデザイン制作が可能な方
- 20時間/週の中での最低3日の出勤、もしくは自宅作業が可能な方 （勤務時間：9:30〜18:00の内）

- Understanding and interest in Disney brand and franchise properties including Marvel, Star Wars, Disney Princess, and Disney Animation (WDAS) (experience)
- Ability to propose fresh ideas and graphic design (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently studying design at an art university (experience)
- Interest in Disney's design department (experience)
- High communication skills and eagerness to learn (experience)
- Attention to detail in design (experience)
- Ability to work from home (experience)
Responsibilities
- Support in creating mood boards using Keynote
- Assist in graphic design for material development using Illustrator and Photoshop
- Conduct market research and provide ideas for new material development
- Collect and create various documents
- Participate in brainstorming for new design development
