Role Overview

As the Distribution Center Manager at PepsiCo's facility in Moscow Tsaritsyno, you will oversee all operational aspects of the distribution center located at 1st Warsawsky Proezd, 6. This full-time role demands a strategic leader capable of driving logistics excellence, team performance, and cost efficiencies in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Reporting to senior logistics leadership, you will ensure seamless supply chain operations, regulatory compliance, and superior service levels for PepsiCo's dairy and beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Operational management of the entire distribution center, ensuring smooth daily workflows and high productivity.
• Managing, controlling, developing, and motivating warehouse personnel to achieve peak performance.
• Optimizing logistics business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Proposing improvements to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for better operational effectiveness and inventory accuracy.
• Analyzing shift deviations, implementing control measures, and elevating service quality standards.
• Conducting logistics cost analysis, contributing to annual plans and AOP development.
• Creating technological maps for the distribution center and workload distribution plans.
• Market analysis for suppliers of building repairs, racking, and warehouse equipment, including contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Higher education preferably in logistics, economics, or a technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in similar positions and 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in logistics and production processes.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory-technical acts, Federal Laws on milk and dairy products, and storage standards for finished goods.
• Strong negotiation skills and basic English proficiency.
• Confident PC user (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent oral and written communication.
• Proven leadership, personnel management, result-orientation, quick decision-making, and advanced analytical abilities.
