The District Sales Leader (DSL) position at PepsiCo in Hermantown, Minnesota, offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-performing sales district within the Frito-Lay division. As a District Sales Leader, your core duties focus on driving sales growth and team excellence. This involves facilitating critical information flow, coaching RSRs on performance, optimizing DSD operations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards like DOT certification. Leaders are accountable for achieving district targets in a competitive consumer packaged goods landscape.
Day-to-day, DSLs monitor route efficiency, analyze sales data, negotiate with retailers, and foster a high-energy team culture. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 lbs periodically in a varying schedule environment.
