As the District Sales Manager - Small Surface, East Quebec, based in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, you will lead sales efforts for PepsiCo Aliments Canada in the small retail surface channel. This full-time role demands a passion for sales, team leadership, and execution excellence. You will drive revenue growth, optimize merchandising, and build strong customer relationships while contributing to PepsiCo's ambitious goals. Participate in accurate product forecasting during VIP planning sessions. Maximize weekly execution of priorities, implement marketing, sales, merchandising, and HR programs, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Promote a safe daily work environment, complete and submit various reports to stakeholders on time, and foster a positive, profitable workplace culture.
To succeed in this role, candidates need a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in retail or the food industry. Demonstrated team management skills are essential, along with strong leadership abilities to work independently and collaboratively. You must excel in priority management under pressure, be results-oriented with keen attention to detail, autonomous with high initiative, and proficient in oral and written communication. Bilingualism in English and French is required for this Quebec-based position.
