As an Account Executive, Majors, you are a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and closing new business or expanding our footprint in current Enterprise customers within an assigned geographic territory. Reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, Enterprise, you will exceed monthly and quarterly quotas through proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption of DocuSign’s e-signature, CLM, and Intelligent Agreement Management solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and the DocuSign partner ecosystem to deliver value-based outcomes in industries like Banking, Insurance, Pharma, and High Tech. This individual contributor role thrives in our innovation-driven culture, adapting quickly to customer needs and strategic objectives. The position is designated as Hybrid, requiring time split between in-office (minimum 2 days per week) and remote work, with access to an office location essential. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, progress, and close Enterprise sales opportunities with new and existing accounts in an assigned geographic territory
  • Expand and grow existing accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell of DocuSign e-signature, CLM, and Intelligent Agreement Management solutions
  • Build and execute comprehensive Enterprise account plans using land-and-expand methodologies
  • Develop key relationships at CxO, Head of Function, and line-of-business levels within client organizations
  • Manage project and program rollouts for DocuSign solutions to drive adoption and usage
  • Leverage internal resources including Presales, Telesales, Alliances, Professional Services, and Legal to ensure sales campaign success
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI-focused proposals
  • Seek new Enterprise business by recommending and upselling DocuSign products, services, and partner ecosystem solutions
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately using DocuSign sales tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the broader DocuSign partner ecosystem to exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Drive proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and customer adoption in alignment with DocuSign’s innovation culture

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French (basic level required)
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive or equivalent quota-carrying role
  • Proven track record selling to large Enterprise clients
  • Experience delivering digital value-based SaaS solutions, such as e-signature and intelligent agreement management, to Enterprise clients
  • Hands-on experience across multiple industry verticals including Banking, Insurance, Pharma, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and High Tech
  • Demonstrated success aligning value-based solutions with customers’ strategic business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typically about 25%
  • Proven expertise in selling value and ROI to C-level executives as well as line-of-business leaders
  • Experience with land-and-expand strategies in Enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in competitive SaaS environments
