As a high-impact individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial, you'll combine relationship management with revenue expansion for existing DocuSign clients. Thrive in handling a large portfolio of mid-market accounts by uncovering new use cases for our e-signature and CLM solutions, qualifying opportunities per our sales methodology, and positioning DocuSign as the core of their agreement processes. Expand beyond initial implementations through strategic upselling of products, services, and partner solutions while fostering customer loyalty as their internal advocate. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in office) demands fluency in English and German, consultative SaaS sales experience, and Salesforce proficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver programmatic engagement with existing DocuSign clients in DACH to develop and maintain relationships while growing incremental revenue through additional use cases in intelligent agreement management
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, focusing on client fit, success criteria, and e-signature expansion
  • Position DocuSign's value proposition as part of the overall business solution, linking benefits to key client business issues
  • Expand DocuSign solutions beyond initial implementation by upselling e-signature, CLM, and partner products
  • Process sales orders and facilitate seamless customer onboarding
  • Handle customer needs for engagement with DocuSign resources including professional services, training, product management, and marketing
  • Enlist customers to participate and/or speak at DocuSign and partner events
  • Provide accurate, timely reports, forecasts, and CRM updates for management
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of DocuSign’s intelligent agreement management platform
  • Manage overall customer loyalty, serving as internal advocate and escalation point

Required Qualifications

  • Basic fluency in English and German
  • Experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably within a SaaS model
  • Experience using sales force automation tools (preferably Salesforce.com), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle a large volume of concurrent client relationships
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary

  • Consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding individual sales targets and quotas
  • Services/Consulting delivery experience
  • Ability to identify, critique, suggest, and implement intelligent changes to client business optimization processes
