The Account Executive, Mid-Market - DACH (German Speaking) is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial. This position blends relationship management and revenue expansion, focusing on existing DocuSign clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll thrive handling a large portfolio of accounts, uncovering new use cases for our e-signature, CLM, and broader Agreement Cloud solutions. In our hybrid model (minimum 2 days/week in office), you'll deliver programmatic engagement to grow incremental revenue, qualify opportunities per our sales methodology, and position DocuSign as the strategic partner for digital agreement transformation. Key to success is expanding beyond initial implementations by upselling innovative products and services, processing orders, facilitating onboarding, and advocating for clients internally. You'll maintain deep product knowledge, provide accurate forecasts, and enlist customers for events to amplify success stories. We're seeking a consultative sales professional with SaaS experience, fluent in English and German, who excels independently and in teams to drive loyalty and business growth in the DACH mid-market.
