The Account Executive, Mid-Market, is a high-impact hunter role responsible for driving new logo acquisition and upsell opportunities from existing Book of Business (BoB) across all industry verticals. You will create territory plans, manage active pipelines, and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas through precise deal management, forecast accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams and the DocuSign partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mid-Market, this individual contributor position demands adaptability, motivation, and the ability to evangelize disruptive products like our Intelligent Agreement Management platform while leveraging pre- and post-sales resources. Key responsibilities include delivering programmatic client engagements to uncover use cases, qualifying opportunities via DocuSign’s methodology, positioning our e-signature and CLM solutions against client challenges, and expanding beyond initial implementations through upselling products and partner solutions. You will process orders, facilitate onboarding, manage resource engagements, maintain CRM accuracy, and champion customer loyalty as their internal advocate. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in-office, with travel as needed, embodying our commitment to trust, equality, and innovation.
