As an Account Executive, Mid-Market Emerging, you are a high-impact hunter responsible for driving new logo acquisition and upsell opportunities from existing Book of Business (BoB) across all industry verticals. You will create territory plans to prioritize prospects and customers, manage active pipelines, and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas through precise deal management, forecast accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams and the DocuSign partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial, this individual contributor role demands adaptability, motivation, and results-orientation to evangelize disruptive e-signature and agreement management innovations while leveraging pre- and post-sales resources. Key responsibilities include delivering programmatic client engagements to uncover use cases for the broader DocuSign Agreement Cloud, qualifying opportunities per our sales methodology, positioning value propositions tied to client challenges, and expanding solutions via upsells of products, services, and partners. You will process orders, onboard customers, manage resource engagements, maintain CRM accuracy, provide forecasts, and foster loyalty as their internal advocate—all while embodying DocuSign’s culture of innovation, trust, and equality. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office (frequency may vary by team). Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition and upsell opportunities from existing Book of Business (BoB) across all industry verticals
  • Create and execute territory plans to prioritize prospects and customers while managing an active sales pipeline
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas through dedicated deal management, forecast accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams and DocuSign partners
  • Deliver programmatic engagement with clients to uncover additional use cases for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, focusing on client fit and success criteria
  • Position DocuSign's e-signature and CLM value proposition by linking to key client business issues
  • Expand solutions beyond initial implementation by upselling new products, services, and partner integrations
  • Process sales orders, facilitate customer onboarding, and manage engagements with professional services, training, and marketing resources
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, provide timely reports and forecasts, and serve as customer advocate and escalation point
  • Enlist customers for DocuSign and partner events to drive loyalty and adoption
  • Develop deep knowledge of DocuSign’s products to evangelize innovation in agreement management

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years of experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce.com and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
  • Adaptability to anticipate change and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
