As an Account Executive, Mid-Market - German Speaking, you’ll thrive in a high-impact role blending relationship management and revenue expansion within a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial, this individual contributor position focuses on driving growth in assigned mid-market accounts. You’ll deliver programmatic engagement to existing DocuSign clients, uncovering new use cases for our e-signature and broader Agreement Cloud solutions while qualifying opportunities based on our proven sales methodology. Excel at positioning DocuSign’s value proposition to solve key client business challenges, expanding beyond initial implementations through strategic upselling of products, services, and partners. Key to success is your ability to handle a large volume of accounts, process orders, facilitate onboarding, and serve as the internal advocate for customer loyalty. Maintain meticulous CRM records in Salesforce, provide accurate forecasts, and enlist clients for DocuSign events. With basic fluency in English and German, 2+ years in consultative SaaS sales, and a passion for innovation, you’ll contribute to our mission in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days/week in-office).
