As the SMB Account Executive for UK accounts, you will drive and develop opportunities within small to medium businesses across all verticals. Sell additional use cases, products, and services into existing accounts while engaging and nurturing prospects. You’ll exceed monthly and quarterly quotas through dedicated deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption in collaboration with internal teams and the DocuSign partner ecosystem. This individual contributor role reports to the Manager, SMB Sales and requires evangelizing innovative IAM solutions with strong cross-functional collaboration and pre/post-sales engagement. The hybrid designation means dividing time between in-office (minimum 2 days/week) and remote work, with access to an office location required. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive programmatic engagement with existing DocuSign UK SMB clients to uncover additional use cases and grow incremental revenue through the broader DocuSign Agreement Cloud
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, focusing on client fit, success criteria, and alignment with intelligent agreement management solutions
  • Position DocuSign's e-signature, CLM, and IAM value proposition by linking benefits to key client business issues across all industry verticals
  • Expand DocuSign solutions beyond initial implementations by presenting, recommending, and upselling new products, services, and partner ecosystem offerings
  • Process sales orders, facilitate seamless customer onboarding, and drive adoption and usage in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage customer needs for engagement with DocuSign resources including professional services, training, product management, and marketing
  • Enlist satisfied customers to participate and speak at DocuSign and partner events to evangelize our innovative solutions
  • Provide accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management to support forecast accuracy and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain sophisticated knowledge of DocuSign’s e-signature, CLM, and IAM products while keeping CRM database current with account information, leads, and follow-ups
  • Serve as internal advocate and escalation point to foster customer loyalty and long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in an Account Executive role or equivalent quota-carrying sales position
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles from opportunity identification to close

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in consultative sales and account management within a SaaS model
