As the SMB Account Executive for UK accounts, you’ll drive revenue growth within small to medium businesses across all verticals. Sell additional use cases, products, and services into existing accounts while nurturing prospects, exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas, and ensuring forecast accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams and the DocuSign partner ecosystem to evangelize our cutting-edge e-signature, CLM, and Agreement Cloud solutions. This individual contributor role reports to the Manager, SMB Sales, in a hybrid model requiring minimum 2 days/week in-office. Deliver exceptional value by qualifying opportunities per DocuSign’s methodology, positioning our platform as the ultimate business solution, and expanding beyond initial implementations through strategic upsells. Manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity development and onboarding to advocacy and loyalty—while maintaining meticulous CRM records. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive programmatic engagement with existing DocuSign UK SMB clients to uncover additional use cases and grow incremental revenue through the DocuSign Agreement Cloud
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, ensuring client fit and success criteria are met
  • Position DocuSign's intelligent agreement management and e-signature value proposition to solve key business challenges
  • Expand solutions beyond initial implementations by upselling new products, services, and partner integrations
  • Process sales orders, facilitate seamless customer onboarding, and manage post-sales adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams (professional services, training, product management, marketing) to address customer needs
  • Enlist customers for DocuSign and partner events to build advocacy and loyalty
  • Provide accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
  • Maintain sophisticated knowledge of DocuSign’s e-signature, CLM, and IAM platforms
  • Keep CRM database current with account details, leads, and follow-ups
  • Serve as internal advocate and escalation point to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Evangelize innovative DocuSign products to prospects and customers across all verticals

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience in an Account Executive role or equivalent quota-carrying sales position
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience selling to small to medium businesses (SMB) across various industry verticals
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and account management
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com
  • Ability to manage deal pipelines, forecasts, and reporting accurately
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model with minimum 2 days per week in-office in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in SaaS sales, ideally in e-signature, CLM, or intelligent agreement management
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace suite
