The Account Executive, Small to Medium Business - French Speaking, is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, SMB. This position blends relationship management and revenue expansion in a dynamic, fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You'll manage a large portfolio of existing French-speaking SMB clients, delivering programmatic engagement to uncover new use cases within the DocuSign Agreement Cloud. By qualifying opportunities, positioning our e-signature and CLM solutions against key business challenges, and driving upsells, you'll fuel sustainable growth while fostering deep client loyalty. Ideal candidates thrive in hybrid settings (minimum 2 days/week in-office), excel at handling high-volume accounts independently yet collaboratively, and bring SaaS sales expertise with fluency in English and French. You'll process orders, facilitate onboarding, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the client's internal advocate—ensuring they maximize DocuSign's transformative power.
