The Account Executive, Small to Medium Business - French Speaking, is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, SMB. This position blends relationship management and revenue expansion in a dynamic, fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You'll manage a large portfolio of existing French-speaking SMB clients, delivering programmatic engagement to uncover new use cases within the DocuSign Agreement Cloud. By qualifying opportunities, positioning our e-signature and CLM solutions against key business challenges, and driving upsells, you'll fuel sustainable growth while fostering deep client loyalty. Ideal candidates thrive in hybrid settings (minimum 2 days/week in-office), excel at handling high-volume accounts independently yet collaboratively, and bring SaaS sales expertise with fluency in English and French. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver programmatic engagement with existing DocuSign SMB clients to build relationships and drive incremental revenue through new use cases in the DocuSign Agreement Cloud
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, focusing on client fit, success criteria, and expansion potential
  • Position DocuSign's intelligent agreement management and e-signature value proposition to address key client business challenges
  • Expand DocuSign solutions beyond initial implementation by identifying upsell opportunities for products, services, and partner integrations
  • Process sales orders, facilitate seamless customer onboarding, and coordinate with professional services, training, and product teams
  • Enlist satisfied customers to participate in or speak at DocuSign and partner events to showcase success stories
  • Provide accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management via Salesforce
  • Maintain sophisticated knowledge of DocuSign’s e-signature, CLM, and intelligent agreement management offerings
  • Manage customer loyalty as the primary advocate and escalation point, optimizing processes for long-term success
  • Maintain current and accurate account data, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM database

Required Qualifications

  • Basic fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS consultative sales and account management
  • Proven experience using Salesforce.com for CRM management and reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for client presentations and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB accounts
  • Strong understanding of e-signature solutions and intelligent agreement management platforms
  • Experience qualifying sales opportunities using defined methodologies and success metrics

  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment
