The Account Executive, SMB is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial, blending relationship management with revenue expansion in our Sales & Partnerships team. You will engage existing SMB clients programmatically to deepen relationships, uncover new use cases for DocuSign's e-signature, CLM, and agreement cloud solutions, and drive incremental growth. Thriving in a fast-paced setting, you will manage a high volume of accounts, qualify opportunities per our sales methodology, position our value proposition against client business challenges, and expand beyond initial implementations through upselling products, services, and partners. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office. Ideal candidates bring SaaS consultative sales experience, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft tools. You excel at client process optimization, exceeding quotas, and fostering loyalty as an internal advocate. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver programmatic engagement with existing DocuSign SMB clients to build relationships and uncover opportunities for incremental revenue growth within the DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, focusing on client fit, success criteria, and expansion potential
  • Position DocuSign's e-signature and CLM value proposition by linking benefits to clients' key business challenges and workflows
  • Expand DocuSign solutions beyond initial implementation by identifying new use cases, upselling products, services, and partner integrations
  • Process sales orders, facilitate seamless customer onboarding, and coordinate with DocuSign resources like professional services, training, and product teams
  • Enlist satisfied customers to participate in or speak at DocuSign and partner events to showcase success stories
  • Provide accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management
  • Maintain sophisticated knowledge of DocuSign’s full product suite, including e-signature, agreement cloud, and intelligent agreement management features
  • Keep CRM database (Salesforce) current with account details, leads, and follow-ups
  • Serve as the primary advocate and escalation point for assigned clients to ensure loyalty and long-term success

Required Qualifications

  • Basic fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in SaaS consultative sales and account management
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow existing client accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of client success criteria and sales qualification methodologies
  • Experience handling high-volume client relationships and driving revenue expansion
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, technology-driven team while thriving independently
