The Account Executive, SMB is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial, blending relationship management with revenue expansion in our Sales & Partnerships team. You will engage existing SMB clients programmatically to deepen relationships, uncover new use cases for DocuSign's e-signature, CLM, and agreement cloud solutions, and drive incremental growth. Thriving in a fast-paced setting, you will manage a high volume of accounts, qualify opportunities per our sales methodology, position our value proposition against client business challenges, and expand beyond initial implementations through upselling products, services, and partners. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office. Ideal candidates bring SaaS consultative sales experience, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft tools. You excel at client process optimization, exceeding quotas, and fostering loyalty as an internal advocate.
