The Account Executive, SMB - French Speaking, is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, SMB, blending relationship management with revenue growth. You will engage existing French-speaking SMB clients programmatically, uncovering expansion opportunities within DocuSign's Agreement Cloud. Thrive in handling a large portfolio of accounts by qualifying opportunities per our sales methodology, positioning e-signature and CLM solutions against key business pain points, and driving upsell of innovative products and partner integrations. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) demands fluency in English and French to serve diverse clients effectively. Success requires consultative sales experience in SaaS, a track record of quota attainment, and the agility to manage concurrent relationships while optimizing client processes. You'll process orders, facilitate onboarding, coordinate cross-functional resources, and advocate for customers as their internal champion. Maintain CRM accuracy, deliver precise forecasts, and enlist clients for events to amplify DocuSign's impact. With outstanding communication and travel readiness, you'll contribute to our mission of making the world more agreeable through cutting-edge agreement technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver programmatic engagement with existing DocuSign SMB clients to build relationships and uncover new use cases for intelligent agreement management
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, focusing on client fit, success criteria, and expansion potential
  • Position DocuSign's e-signature and CLM value proposition by linking it to clients' key business challenges and outcomes
  • Expand DocuSign solutions beyond initial implementation by upselling products, services, and partner integrations from the Agreement Cloud
  • Process sales orders, facilitate seamless customer onboarding, and coordinate with professional services, training, and product teams
  • Enlist customers to participate in DocuSign and partner events as advocates and speakers
  • Provide accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management
  • Maintain sophisticated knowledge of DocuSign’s full product suite, including e-signature innovations and intelligent agreement management
  • Manage CRM database with current account information, leads, and follow-ups for assigned clients
  • Serve as the primary advocate and escalation point to drive customer loyalty and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Basic fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience using Salesforce.com and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
