The Account Executive, SMB - French Speaking, is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, SMB, blending relationship management with revenue growth. You will engage existing French-speaking SMB clients programmatically, uncovering expansion opportunities within DocuSign's Agreement Cloud. Thrive in handling a large portfolio of accounts by qualifying opportunities per our sales methodology, positioning e-signature and CLM solutions against key business pain points, and driving upsell of innovative products and partner integrations. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) demands fluency in English and French to serve diverse clients effectively. Success requires consultative sales experience in SaaS, a track record of quota attainment, and the agility to manage concurrent relationships while optimizing client processes. You'll process orders, facilitate onboarding, coordinate cross-functional resources, and advocate for customers as their internal champion. Maintain CRM accuracy, deliver precise forecasts, and enlist clients for events to amplify DocuSign's impact. With outstanding communication and travel readiness, you'll contribute to our mission of making the world more agreeable through cutting-edge agreement technology.
