The Account Executive, SMB - Swiss Market (French & German Speaking) is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial. Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you will manage a high volume of existing SMB accounts in Switzerland, blending relationship management with revenue expansion. By uncovering new use cases for DocuSign's e-signature, CLM, and Intelligent Agreement Management platform, you will drive growth, qualify opportunities per our sales methodology, and position our solutions against key client business issues. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office, fostering collaboration in our innovative Swiss team. What you bring: Basic fluency in French and German, SaaS consultative sales experience, Salesforce proficiency, and a track record of exceeding quotas. Preferred: Swiss market expertise and services delivery background. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver programmatic engagement with existing DocuSign SMB clients in the Swiss market to build relationships and drive incremental revenue through new use cases in e-signature and Intelligent Agreement Management
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, focusing on client fit, success criteria, and alignment with agreement automation needs
  • Position DocuSign's value proposition by linking e-signature, CLM, and intelligent agreement solutions to clients' key business challenges
  • Expand DocuSign adoption beyond initial implementation by identifying upsell opportunities for products, services, and partner solutions
  • Process sales orders, facilitate seamless customer onboarding, and coordinate with professional services, training, and product teams
  • Enlist satisfied customers to participate in or speak at DocuSign and partner events to showcase success stories
  • Provide accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management via Salesforce
  • Maintain sophisticated knowledge of DocuSign’s full product suite, including e-signature innovations and agreement cloud capabilities
  • Keep CRM database current with account details, leads, and follow-ups for assigned Swiss SMB clients
  • Serve as the primary advocate and escalation point to ensure exceptional customer loyalty and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Basic fluency in French and German (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in SaaS consultative sales and account management
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com for CRM management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations
